Returns & Exchanges

At JERSEY VAULT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your kit; if it is not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned jerseys must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all authentic tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jersey in its original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify and process your return quickly.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our vault team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
